This course is a perfect starting point for anyone who coordinates and/or supports volunteers in any capacity, or for anyone who would like to start involving volunteers in their organisation.

This course is aimed at covering the basics of volunteer management and therefore, is also suitable as a refresher for anyone already in a volunteer management role.

Delivered by our highly experienced volunteering team, the course will cover:

  • What is volunteering?

  • What drives people to volunteer?

  • Who can volunteer?

  • Volunteer recruitment.

  • How you can support, train, and retain your volunteers

VAST has a wealth of knowledge and a century of experience so you can rest assured that you’re getting the training you deserve.
